Meditation is a discipline that dates back thousands of years. It is a practice that can bring deep relaxation and self awareness. I use guided meditation with my clients. It can be done 1 on 1 or in groups. Each meditation is custom formulated to my clients’ individual needs. Meditation can be used for charka balance, rejuvenation, emotional release and/or stress reduction. Meditation is a great practice for anyone looking to keep themselves balanced, healthy and full of joy.
